Please take a moment to read the following before your visit — we want everyone to have a safe and wonderful time:

• —For everyone's safety, please stay seated during the ride — no leaning out, standing, or moving between seats. Little ones will need a grown-up keeping a close eye on them.
• —The track has some tight spots, so please keep hands and feet tucked inside the carriage at all times.
• —Your timed ticket covers your whole family with unlimited rides during your session — plenty of time to go round again!
• —Everyone joining us needs a ticket. Children's tickets cover up to 14 years old, and babies under 12 months ride free. All passengers travel at their own risk.
• —Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and not for resale. If we ever have to cancel a session, we'll always offer you a transfer to another date.
• —We run whatever the weather — it's part of the charm! Please dress for the outdoors and come prepared for a bit of drizzle if needed.
• —A friendly heads-up: our steam locomotives run hot and can occasionally let off a little soot or water. It's all part of the experience — perhaps leave the best outfits at home!
